fundamentals of team building in a way that will affect both

Valuing Leadership
Pioneered
with Boots the Chemist, Valuing Leadership aims to reconcile a
personal awareness of values and attitudes with effective
leadership skills. It recognises that we all lead and all
follow; it is our responsibility to understand and optimise
our position within a team, leading with compassion and
conviction. The following areas are included in the programme.

This
course has been developed by the Director of Quadrant II,
Peter Field and Facilitator, Matt Sutton. Working from a
philosophy in which helping others to maximise their lives
lies at the core, Peter has consulted with many leading UK and
international firms, notably in the construction, utility and
retail sectors. He has a firm belief in the power of
self-learning and this is reflected in the courses where
delegates are invited to focus on their own needs, fashioning
a path for themselves rather than being given a template. Matt
has spent 15 years working with, training, and empowering
teams in communication and team building. He is also skilled
in analysing verbal behaviours and personality types. Matt
believes in the power of self-belief and the unique
opportunities of every person's life.
