| Inner voice
Getting in touch with your inner voice... Within
all of us there is a voice which acts as an internal
commentary on everything we see, hear, feel or do.
Valuing Leadership encourages us to discover our inner
voice, listen to what it is saying, and create a new
voice based on values rather than circumstances, on
principles rather than immediate judgements.

Habits
Habits are hugely powerful aspects of our lives.
They express our behaviour and character consciously or
sub-consciously on a daily basis. Valuing Leadership
helps you to discover why we form habits and shows you
how to change those habits to form a greater sense of
self-belief. The course will suggest ways to maintain
new habits and skills without becoming frustrated or
bored. By understanding the process through which skills
pass through a cycle from unconscious incompetence (1)
to unconscious competence (4), habits need not become
mundane and routine. |

Limiting beliefs
'I
can't', 'It'll never work', 'I'm no good...', 'They
won't be able to...', 'You mustn't'. Our daily
communication abounds with statements made by us and to
us that stress limits on our capabilities. Why do we
choose to remember the negative comments? Do we
recognise the power of these beliefs? Valuing Leadership
helps you assess the consequences of your beliefs, be
they about yourself or others. We will show you how to
form beliefs based on values, allowing you to achieve
ambitions and dreams. |

Values
What are the most important things in your life.
If you had to choose five things to keep, what would
they be? What would you like to achieve with your life?
What values would you like people to perceive in you at
a later stage in life? What drives you? What motivates
you? Valuing Leadership is a powerful tool in assessing
where you are going in your life and career. It aims to
ensure you are in control of your direction and empower
you to live a rich and meaningful life, based on values
important to you. |
