Why Quadrant II?
Quadrant II

Our name derives from a matrix of time management, popularised by the work of Stephen Covey. It sets importance against urgency; we can apportion our daily activities into one of the four quadrants. This diagram indicates the kind of weightings that we should give to our activities in order to lead a balanced and meaningful life at work, or at home. Moving the cursor over each number will give examples of activities that lie within each quadrant.

Important I II
Not Important III IV
  Urgent Not Urgent

Quadrant II defines those activities that are important but not urgent: the areas that most of us pass by. Job satisfaction, company direction, values and beliefs all lie within the quadrant. Taking the time to focus on these areas will hugely enhance long term rewards. Quadrant II will help you recognise the importance of these activities, and show you how to fashion them into the needs of your company.

" Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is a progress; working together is success. "
